With telephne or fax line rental, you will receive your own landline telephone number and the ability to make full use of it. Our operator can answer your phone calls for you in your company name.
Our company will lease you a telephone line with a unique number without the requirement to register with a telephone services provider. On this line, you can receive fax messages or have your phone calls answered by an operator, who will answer in your company name.
Telephone line rental
Establishment of a telephone number and permanent forwarding to voice mail. Voice mail service will enable you to receive recorded notifications or voice messages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All received messages are recorded electronically and immediately sent to the client's specified e-mail address as wav files.

Fax number rental
We will arrange a fax number for you and enable you to store your fax messages electronically in an electronic mailbox 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Received faxes are automatically forwarded to the e-mail address specified by the client as soon as they are received.

Telephone line rental with an operator answering and connecting your calls
Telephone line rental with answering and connecting of your calls by Czech and English-speaking operators during our office hours. The operator answers your calls in your company name, takes messages and then reliably delivers them to the client in the manner agreed upon beforehand (e-mail, sms, phone). The calls can be connected to a telephone number of your choice, and we can handle up to 50 calls per month. The client pays the forwarding costs (calling fees).

Forwarding of calls to your mobile phone
Are you constantly travelling? That's fine. We can forward all of your incoming calls to a telephone number of your choice (mobile and landline numbers). The customer is responsible for call forwarding costs with no extra fees.
IVR
Along with your assigned telephone or fax number, you will have the option of creating your own line trunk with your own combination of connections to receptionists, your voice mail or voice presentations containing various information about your company and its offered services or announcements intended for your business partners or potential clients. As our client, your customized trunk will enable you to ensure operation of your telephone or fax number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week based on your own wishes and needs.
Mailbox
Creation of a business e-mail address with the format yourcompany@pragueoffice.eu (or your company@mojekancelar.net), which will enable you to receive e-mail or other messages and faxes. The contents of your e-mail inbox can also be automatically forwarded to a different e-mail address upon request.
